Spako stainless steel continuous water cooking kettles are especially suitable for cooking of snack products, such as sausage, Dutch skinless sausages, hamburgers and meat balls.
The cooking principle is based on a kettle filled with water or broth and a conveyor belt with discharge conveyor, sometimes complemented by an upper conveyor belt. The products are fed through at an even pace during a continuous cooking process.
Belt width: 600/900/1400 mm. Cooking length: starting from 3 metres with 2 metre increments. Depending on the product, the machine comprises a height-adjustable conveyor belt, discharge conveyor belt, upper conveyor belt, or a combination of these, and is provided with a frequency regulator, booster pump and circulation system. Exhaust hood with hinged infeed part and 1 or 2 exhaust points. Heating by means of integrated Thermplate steam heat exchanger in wall and bottom. Convenient and quick cleaning, because there is no heat exchanger on the bottom or in-between the conveyor belts.
